Community empowerment programs in the agricultural sector aim to improve productivity, social change, institutional capacity, and community economic conditions. The JARI TANGAN (Kerja Tani Berdikari dan Tahan Pangan) program implemented by PT Pertamina EP Zona 7 Jatibarang Field integrates technological innovation, local resource management, community strengthening, business diversification, and market access development. This study analyzes the social and economic impacts of the program using a descriptive-analytical approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and secondary sources. The results show increased empowerment capacity, with organic farming knowledge improving from 120 to 201 individuals, implementing groups from 3 to 7, beneficiaries from 41 to 102, and income increasing by approximately 50%. The findings indicate that innovation adoption, resource efficiency, institutional strengthening, and market access contribute to sustainable community empowerment.
